Six skeletons on a mountainside. The relics of a terrible crime committed long ago.
For Sebastian Bergman, that just makes the investigation into who they are, who killed them, and why, even more complex. At first the investigation was a chance to escape his ex-girlfriend and spend some time with his daughter, Vanja. An opportunity to try and build a relationship with her before it's too late.
But soon he finds that he's more involved than he would ever want to be. And his personal life is horribly, disastrously tangled up in it all . . .

Great mystery. Always enjoy books set in other countries and this book from Sweden doesn't disappoint. I was a little confused at first. So many plots. How does it fit together???? Then the strings start getting drawn in. I was a bit worried about the size of the book but the print is a bit larger and the chapters short. Definitely would read another one of these books, even though I am not sure if I really care for the Sebastian Bergman character - he has a very unusual personality. The team is an interesting mix though and certainly the strands of the story were very interesting.
Crossingguardma is dropping by to pick up a few books for camping.
A pass off from Sing song. Thanks !
Too many books to read on my shelf is stressing me out so purging them.
I am taking this book to our monthly bookcrossers meet up at Cravings - the third Sunday of every month- to pass on to the next reader.
This book is back in my hands after the Cravings BookCrossing meetup on Saturday.
I am taking this to the November meetup. We changed it from Nov. 11 as we don't want to interfere with the time to remember AND Nov. 4 is the last day Cravings is open!! We have enjoyed our time there.
