I first read this from June 6-8, 2015. This is the review I wrote then:
Third in the Jackson series - quite steamy, in fact occasionally I had the impression there wasn't much in between the steamy scenes. They were pretty well done. I guess I might rethink my aversion to beards - but probably in a next life. The plot (what there was beyond the sex scenes) was actually very good and not particularly predictable, I found. Obviously the main bad guys were fairly easily identified, but what exactly was going on was not.

Now (December 2021), I am reading it for the second time (there may be some errors in the "dates read" section on goodreads as last I looked it seemed I'd read this nine times...)
On the whole I appreciated this - perhaps more than last time. It's not so often in this type of story that the sexy he-man starts wanting to be more than just a sex object. I didn't remember the story from last time (one of the perks of getting older, I can re-read without spoilers), although I knew I had read it.
