The Nine Emotional Lives of Cats : A Journey Into the Feline Heart
4 journalers for this copy...
Bought this book from QPB.com because I love cats and it looked interesting. I'm currently reading it and anticipate being done with it within a few days.
Its very informative and shows the psychological side of cats. What they think, why they act how they do, why they interact how they do, etc.

This came late last week. I should finish it within the next week or two. So far, I've read a couple of chapters and like what I've read.
I received this last weekend. I'm always interested in what my cats are thinking and sometimes wish they could talk (and sometimes am glad they can't!)

Update:
I've enjoyed this book as it was very informative while not being too 'technical' I liked the way the author mixed his thoughts, opinions and observations while still backing them up fact or contradicting them with other's opinions.

Just received in the mail today from eureka79. Looking forward to curling up with this book and my 4 cats, of course!
UPDATE: April 25, 2005
Really interesting and thought provoking look at cats. I've been looking at my cats a bit differently since I started reading this book, trying to see the motivation for certain behaviors from less of a human viewpoint and more from a cats. I like that the author included various perspectives on each topic and wasn't simply trying to convince the reader that he was correct or that he truly understands cats any better than we do.
I'll be sending this book off within the next few days to portable-solace.
