This was a very good read.
It starts a bit slow and randomly but then it picks up the pace and doesn't let go until the last few pages.
The inner workings of the entertainment industry are exposed for all to see as we go along with the narrator and the "dubious brothers" and their plans to make it big. The plan of how the brothers will become celebrities and influence people is never very clear for the narrator as he gets wrapped around Brett's finger and loses himself in the process, but he was not much to begin with so...
It's a debut novel that really surprised me even though none of the characters were pleasing or empathetic and the author sometimes rambles a bit
