And now you'll get the book, finally! During these past two years of Covid-19 pandemic I have lived elsewhere and just visited Helsinki (and my home) monthly or every two months. My apartment was destroyed with water (by the Estonian construction company hired by the housing cooperative in order to renovate balconies) in June 2020 and it's still not possible to live there. Most of the books are in the storage. This Perry's book wasn't stored in the basement, it had been placed in a bag that had books for another bookcrosser. Luckily I went through them on my last week's visit and found it! :D

I checked that you haven't got the book from elsewhere in the meantime, and the courier left just a few minutes ago to mail it :) I sincerely hope you agree that 'better late than never'!
