Joe Goffman returns to his hometown after 17 years to see his father who's in coma. He has published a book about his life in hometown and people there aren't too happy about it and his return. I quite liked the story since it is entertaining, packed with emotion, interesting characters and black humour. I really got interested in reading more from Jonathan Tropper.
