OK, so it was published 12 years ago. Still much is relevant to working women (and that means ALL women). The book is formatted with an entry for each day of the year - each with a topic, a quotation by a woman, a few paragraphs of discussion, and an affirmation. On June 22, for instance, May Sarton says "Life comes in clusters, clusters of solitude, then clusters when there is hardly time to breathe." Or for Jan. 20, from Norma Jean Harris: "If you have enough fantasies, you're ready, in the event that something happens." Mmm-hmm.
