The Restaurant
4 journalers for this copy...
They are three sisters who are as close as sisters can who live hundreds of miles apart. They grew up together on Nantucket, but Mandy is the only one who stayed. Three sisters inherit a Nantucket restaurant they never knew their grandmother owned and they must work together there for one year or it all goes to the chef.
This book has lots of ups and downs and secret relationships. Good read.

A quick, enjoyable read. Three sisters running a restaurant that they inherit after their grandmother's death. There is divorce and romance added in.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Added to my "Books I've Read and Journaled" bookbox.
Selected from dabercro's Books I've Read and Journaled bookbox.
The Restaurant is a great, light read about three sisters who were left their grandmother's restaurant. However, there is a catch... all three girls must work in the restaurant for a year or the entire restaurant will be given to Paul, the chef.
I very much enjoyed this story of Mandy, Emma, and Jill, how they managed to make this arrangement work for each of them, and the three sisters growing closer together due to the arrangement. With that said, the story was very light reading. There was no depth to the characters, no conflict to be resolved, and every situation which arose was easily explained or justified.
