FOL HI Kai purchase.

Quitting this one after chapter 2. Norah remakes herself as Ned to explore gender. Ned joins a bowling league for insight into male friendship. Ned is a crap bowler, and members of the league, even those outside his team, take a fatherly interest in helping him improve. In comparison, when Norah went to tennis camp as a teen, other girls made resentful mean comments when she was recognized by the coach for her skilled serve, leading her to the gross generalization that men help each other and women tear each other down. What the heck? Zero recognition that the difference in behavior could be because of age and maturity rather than gender. Feels like the "social experiments" with no scientific rationale posted online for clicks.
