I read about bookcrossing several months ago but never expected to be lucky enough to find one. I found it at 1.30pm on 3 May, the day it was released, as i rode the exit elevator from Sydney City Library. It had a large post it note on it saying 'Free Book' and was sitting on a ledge at the foot of the elevator, just as Augustus describes. very exciting. My 19 year old son is reading it- I'm finishing Ruth Cracknell's autbobiography then i'll read it and release it.
