What a fast paced read! I enjoyed following Grahm and Morgan on their quest for truth and the escapades that went along with the ride. I'm sending it on to sdkelley today. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I just received this today in the mail & hope to start it tomorrow or the next day.
This was a very good book, Johansen's writing style kept me hooked the whole way through. The book is action-packed but the author still took the time to develop the main characters into full-fledged people with faults and quirks. Johansen also managed to throw in enough mystery that the story keeps the reader guessing until nearly the end of the book.
got this in the mail today. Plan to read it soon
This is the first book I've read by this author (although I did listen to an audiobook of another of her titles which had some of the same characters). I found it to be a fairly quick read, knocking it out mostly on breaks at work in a week's time; it was a good thriller, and had some references to entities in the intelligence world which rang true with authenticity.

Well, I got through this book really quickly - I started it only yesterday. Then I sprained my ankle last night and couldn't sleep b/c of the pain (darned Advil wasn't strong enough!), so I read most of the night. And then this morning I was at the clinic for well over 3 hours (x-rays show it's not broken ... only sprained ... phew!) and I finished the book while waiting, and waiting, and waiting.
This was a good book - typical Johansen. I enjoy her novels, they are suspenseful and plausible. I didn't feel that the sexual tension build into the characters was necessary - but thankfully Johansen refrained from going into too much detail ... and it did contribute at the end in how Alex and Judd were reacting and the choices they were making.
I left this book with a fellow patient in the waiting room. Having finished the book and looking at managing crutches I didn't want to carry it out of there. I hope that she enjoys the story, and I hope she notices the bookcrossing label inside too!
Thank you for sharing this book with us bookgal23!
