I found this a very readable and helpful book. It's difficult to review without using a lot of Language but what perhaps the most important thing I've learned through reading it is the idea that life is about choosing and solving problems. It's not about being problem-free (that in itself would be a problem!). And I loved meeting Disappointment Panda :)

I found this a very readable and helpful book.
