All of Maeve Binchy's books are wonderful! I hope you like this one!
Caught this coming back from a business trip. Saw it siting on a chair at an airline gate. My first catch!! Very timely also. I have another business trip coming up next week and I am going to Dublin at the end of May. Look forward to reading this right after I finish my current bookring.
Finished reading this last night. A very enjoyable read. It is a light readable story of a family, part dysfunctional, part just like every other family. I liked Maeve Binchy’s characterization. The characters seemed like real people. Maeve didn’t go into the thoughts and feelings of all the characters, just a few. Just like life really is – we all know a lot of people, but we only really get to know a few.
I started reading this on the last leg of my plane ride home from Dublin. I really enjoyed the references to the city. The people we met in Dublin were very warm and nice, very much like the characters in this book.
I’m also a foodie. So a few things in this book clicked with me. I hope the next person enjoys it as much as me. I plan to pass this along to a friend who is also a foodie.

I "caught" this book from a friend that wanted to introduce me to the whole book crossing idea. What a wonderful concept. I am in the middle of the book and am enjoying it. I look forward to other "catches".
