Not much to say about this. I just thought it was alright, nothing special. I felt that there were some inconsistencies in quite a few of the characters and that nothing ever really gelled properly.

Almost felt as if Hiaasen wrote this without really ever paying attention to what he was doing.

Though I didin't like it as much as other Hiaasen books, I was taken by the story quite quickly and couldn't let it go till the end. As always, I like the crazyness of many characters (Skink among others, but some of the bad guys are really really crazy too, and also very stupid !)...

This book will go to Elisala, another french bookcrosser, very soon !

This story is perfectly improbable, and great, too.
I liked the crazyness of the characters, I liked the false seriousness of it all, it was fun, I loved it!!

The author sets this park as a Disney competitor, a much less ethical one but it's obviously a virulent criticism of entertainment business : manipulation, phony communication, bribery... Are you sure you still feel like being a tourist ? This story is violent, rather unlikely but a good one anyway. It's a real fun when things start going wrong and the nasty one begins losing his nerves.
