I have read many books by this author and typically enjoy the read. That said, I cannot tell you that I enjoyed this one. I struggled with this read. Why? I thought the reason may be that I did not read the prior Cavendon books. The author did not give any kind of backround, as authors are known to do in a series, a kind of refresher. I will mention that this installment focuses on the latest generation in the family. As a stand alone read, tried as I might, I just had little interest in this book.
