"After their recent escapades, Lockwood & Co deserve a well-deserved break... so naturally they decide to break into the country's most heavily guarded crypt.
What they discover there will change everything.
So begins a race to uncover the truth behind 'the problem' - igniting an epic battle against the Fittes agency. A battle that will force the team to journey to the Other Side, and pit them against the most terrifying enemy they have ever faced."
Oh yes, I just thought there must be something behind... and.. I have a feeling...
Well - damn - this is really getting me onto the hook and I guess I'll read my way through to this one quite faster as originally expected or planned....
aoi-hana, thanks so much!!!!!!!! :o)

I've finished this quite quickly as well a few days before.
This was really exciting! But I'm not so quite confident on everything. I was mulling this over, but in fact I stick to 9 points as it would be unfair on all the very good parts of the books to deduct a point because of my stumbles... specially that I'm not so sure about it still.
- SPOILER - SPOILER - SPOILER - SPOILER - SPOILER - SPOILER - SPOILER
I really liked the start in the vault and all the mystery about Marissa.
Anyway, I don't really know what the connection with her body in the cupboard was all about... I mean my first thought was: "Wrap the iron-net around!" In the end, this part was not really sufficiently resolved in my opinion. But I might be too serious here in thoughts.
Then I was so much expecting anyone at the other side to "meet" them, either Jessica, or Lockwood's parents... ok - there was also never a real presence in Jessica's room, but with the power of the death glow, I really expected Jessica might still linger in order to make sure to watch over her little brother... same goes for their parents.
The change in the last two books Kipps was experiencing and going through - I really liked. And the whole story about him in this part... that was great and terrible and eerie.
Also the skull - I liked these parts... my favourite is the discussion in the beginning on skullism! ... Nevertheless I feel there could have been more about the skull in the end.
So, basically I am a tiny bit torn.... but as a conclusion from the whole series... I'm sad I'm through now - as I really loved reading this!
Having said this: thanks again aoi-hana for sharing and introducing!! :o)
