Mary Higgins Clark novels are intriguing, with a twist ending that's difficult to figure out ahead of time from the clues in the story. It's not a great piece of writing, but it's fun and kept me involved. It's a good book to read while commuting (and I found it on a commuter line).

I found the novel on 80th and columbus as i was walking to harry's burritos. i can't wait to read it and send it off on it's way. so far, all i've read is the first page, which mentions routes 17 and 4, which are close to my house, in new jersey. i am planning on leaving the book somewhere along there... or wherever i happen to finish it... or maybe an airport. =]

"melmoa" (journal entry #4) was quicker than I. I left the book at a parking meter just outside the American Museum of Natural History on 80th and Columbus in New York City. Being on vacation, I didn't have computer access until I returned home to California.

I'm using Bookcrossing's lists now to seek a book and keep it traveling!
