I'd love to talk to someone who actually read this book. At 725 pages, even a fast reader would have to commit ten to twelve hours to reading it. It seems to be a stand-alone book; Robert Jordan readers, those attempting to go through all six books of The Wheel of Time series, are looking at somewhere around 4500 pages, somewhere around forty to fifty hours of reading. You would have to be crazy about a series to put that kind of time into these books. Let's hope these authors do not disappoint.
