I've been picking some awful horror books lately, and Im glad to say that this jinx is over.

I really enjoyed this book, it was very well paced (I never once had to say "get on with story already)". I like this new take on the living dead, at first glance it looks like being dead its not so bad after all.
The boogey man in this book wasn't a monster or an Alien but the neighbor next door, friends, family and even children, what could be more terrifying than that?

And best of all the main characters didn't do stupid things that would get them killed,(A major pet peeve for me), they were totally believable in an unbelievable situation

I would have enjoyed knowing more about Seth, but enough was implied to get an idea about who he was.
Also what was the reason he wanted Peg to choose about what to do about Annie?

With the recent popularity of Zombie movies, could a movie be far behind?

Looking forward to the next book.

Thanks for sharing

Just finished reading this..... and I must say that this is one of my favorite books so far this year! Kudos to Knight for an awesome tale that had just the right amount of suspense and chills to keep me on edge. Not a tale for the squeamish, and if you hate cockroaches like I do, there is a scene that will prevent a night's sleep (as it did for me). I loved this book, and the ending was perfect!
