Started slow but Dan Brown in all his 4 books built his story carefully. He knows how to play in multiple locations like noone else. Not so hard to find out who the bad guy is. I prefer Angels And Demons but this is very enjoyable too. It held my attention till the end...

Got this in the mail. Thanks. Will read ASAP and send on. TBR.
Not quite as good as Angels & Demons or The Da Vinci Code by the same author. Nonetheless, Brown again manages to involve different government agencies, villains and civilians in a mystery that has its twists and turns (btw, he does the same in Deception Point, too). The story picks up pace as it goes along and is very gripping in the end. Another book that could well be made into a movie (Indy Jones-like).

Read in two days.. the most un-put-downable book I've read in a long time. Kept me awake until the wee hours. Thanks for organising this ring carlissa!
In the post to amberC today.

arrived today. it is at the bottom of the pile of a few bookrings
Kept me interested. it wasn't too hard to work out the bad guys. I didn't think it was as good as Da Vinci Code, but that could be because that was the first Dan Brown book i had read.
a nice, tidy ending.
off to catsalive at the end of the week.

Fast-paced and easy to read. Read it in one sitting. Not as good as Angels & Demons but great escapism.
Thanks, carlissa. I think I'll wild-release this one in Sydney & see if it continues to move.
