From the exchange shelf of the Library of Nikkilä, along with two others of the same series. London and theatre could have spelt 'great', but this book didn't get off at all. Or not soon enough for me, so I'm giving all three to somebody who collects books of London. Hopefully she has a big library.

Dotdot is called onto the Stage at Pilkku's 12th Day of Christmas meet-up (-21 C).

Dotdot was wise enough to stay inside and the book was taken by a courier who likes to eat from the load. This is a series I have never heard of so I had to inspect the case.
While I was reading I thought that the story brings to the mind the old English child abuse stories like Oliver Twist, Bleak House etc. And so it happened that near the end of the story appeared Charles Dickens himself - as a journalist who was interested of the murder case.
I have no time to read the other two books now because I have to make a presentation about an Italian book (which contains 109 pages only, thanks heaven!) for the next Monday's Italian Literary Circle. Anyway I know now what this series is about. Maybe the other series by Cora Harrison would be more interesting for adults.

The book will continue its journey early next week.
