After the first couple of paragraphs I was hooked. The writer is intense and perceptive, searching into the motives and inner turmoil that lie behind a person’s actions. I wanted to dismiss Paige as self-focused and even self-indulgent, but this writer did not let me get away with simplistic readings. Thought provoking and affecting. I shall look out for other works by this author.

Woo-hoo! my first catch from the wild! Rather serendipitous that marglys was planning a release of her books on the same night and at the same crossing zone as my planned releases.

I really enjoyed this book, and appreciated the different perspectives as chapters alternated between the perspectives of the two main characters.
Made me laugh, and made me cry, and kept me amused on a few interstate flights.
