Here's a long almost pointless story. I found a beautiful paperback copy of this book several months ago, and coincidentally found that someone on the Marktplaats site was looking for it. Although I had already registered it as a BookCrossing, I've got to support my BC habit somehow, so I emailed the person looking for it. Turns out, he had borrowed it from a friend and it was stolen from his car, so he was looking for a copy to replace the stolen book. I told the guy if he didn't mind that the book was registered and had a BCID number in it, I'd send it to him, a RABCK.
Well, as luck would have it (if I am to believe a total stranger), the book never arrived, apparently lost in the mail.
So, when the book appeared at last night's meeting, even though it is an old library book, not nearly as beautiful as the pristine paperback I had, I decided I'd take it and....contact the guy to see if he want this copy. We shall see. [And this time, I think I'll read it before passing it on; looks interesting; the subtitle is the spiritual wealth of the Aborigines].

RELEASE NOTES:
I took this book at previous meeting, I think last June, and since I have not yet even looked at it, I'm going to let this book go. I cannot guarantee, however, that I will not release it in the train on the way to the meeting . . .

RELEASE NOTES:
Was inderdaad interessant. Weet nu een beetje meer over de Aboriginals en hun Dreamtime. Jammer dat een groot deel van hun cultuur zo snel verloren is gegaan.
