This book spoke to me mostly because I had various things in common with Charlie. At the beginning of high school I too felt a bit lost even though my home situation was stable, just like Charlie. I thought this book is very creatively written, in journal form. The reader can really relate to Charlie as he encounters his obstacles and has new experiences, similar to everyday life. I would suggest this book to anyone who is struggling with something or someone in their lives. Whether it is emotional or physical, one can interpret Charlies troubles in many different perspectives.
