Oh oh.... looking at the recipes...
Noodles
30 lbs flour
16 lbs eggs
2 cups water
Water is to be weighed together with the eggs so water and eggs make 16 pounds together. Let stand at least 2 hours before making noodles. Cover with heavy plastic and pack down with feet.
