This is a wonderful book, I recommend it to anyone. It talks about the great themes of life, death, love, passion,... It tells the story of a Japanese poet of the samurai age, a haiku poet (by the way,do you know what a haiku is?It is a short japanese poem, made up by 3 lines). The story itself is skilfully written and, although the chapters are very short (the shortest one is 2 lines long, actually!!!), they are very intense and succeed in conveying the most powerful feelings a book can express. The setting is wonderful too: as I said before, it is set in the Japan of the samurai age, and the story holds inside the mistery and the wisdom of that period. If you are looking for a good read, this is the book.
