The Fall of Freddie the Leaf
3 journalers for this copy...
I love this book. I'm a bit sad now that I've agreed to trade it. But alas.. this is this first time I have read it in year's.. time to move on..... just like Freddie had to let go! Enjoy Lizabeth86!
Freddy arrived safe and sound to his new home. Thank you Dusties for this trade. From your entry I am sure I too will also fall in love with this book.
This book came recommended as a way to explain death to children. This was a beautiful written story but I have to admit I got a little tear-eyed at the end. I passed this one to my father and he too said it was a beautiful story but that it made him cry. Hearing that it had brought tears to my dad's eyes made me not feel so bad about my own reaction to it (I thought maybe it was just me).
Will find a good place to release this special book.
