Written in deliberately poor English, this is a story written in dictionary definitions of the relationship between a Chinese woman and a British man. It chronicles how a foreigner might learn the language of another country, but the characters are often odd and the situations even odder. Still, it was an interesting read.

A clever view of the challenges of the English language, and also the cultural differences, from the perspective of a young Chines woman sent to the UK to learn English. She learns a lot more than English, and gains a very different view of the world.
