WHY MY EMAILS FROM SCOTLAND ARE BETTER THAN MY EMAILS FROM ENGLAND
1.) Kilts, kilts, kilts! Or rather guys in kilts, guys in kilts, guys in kilts! Hunky hotties in plaid - life just doesn't get too much better!
2.) I'm completely unbiased and majorly factual, so you get the real poop on what it's like to slog around in the icky, cold, nasty mud with stinky, mean, murderous sheep that hate American teens.
3.) I tell you everything, and I mean EVERYTHING about my wild passionate love affair with Ruaraidh, the eleven-fingered Scottish hottie.
4.) I sent you the very latest in uber-cool slang, stuff like "meh" and "ickle".
5.) You get to hear about Holly and her wild, passionate love affair with Ruaraidh, the eleven-fingered Scottish, hot...um...yeah, both of us. Don't worry, I'll explain it.
6.) My direct, unblinking, and TOTALLY TRUE warning against the Horror of Scotland, AKA haggis, which should be worth the price of your internet connection in itself.
7.) Did I mention Ruaraidh? And his eleven fingers? And our snogging contest? Mmmrowr!

Fun story, but not quite as enjoyable as Loo. For some reason, Emily was just really getting on my nerves in this one.
Mailing to casseytara on 1/27!
The picture is of Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness, which is mentioned in the book. I wanted a picture of Nethercote Castle (reasons being obvious once you've read the book) but couldn't find one!

A surprise in our mailbox! Cassey and I both enjoyed Loo, and she snatched this one as soon as we opened the packet and was reading it when I went back to work! After she reads it will go in my TBR. Thanks Ellymae!
I finally got around to reading this! It's been so long since I read Loo that I don't remember a whole whole lot about it, but this was enjoyable, especially since lately I have a thing for Scotsmen! Though being the age I am, Alec sounded much hotter to me than Ruaraidh!
I've offered this to someone who has it on their wish list, just waiting for a response!

I have to admit, at the beginning of the book Emily was seriously pissing me off. She reminded me of one of those girls you hate in high school because they think they're "everything and a bag of chips". It really pissed me off and I almost put the book down.
In the end she turned out okay though. About halfway through the book she seemed to change. Once she realized certain things about that Scottish dude and stuff she changed for the better along with Holly.
Overall, it was a good book. I seriously enjoyed it. (:
