Very subtle book in every way. The writing, the way it affects you without you noticing, how it ends so gracefully. Very good.

I have a meeting at the grad club this afternoon, so to aleviate some of the tediousness of meetings, I am going to leave a book behind. The anticipation of release will give me the buzz that a meeting never could! :) Keep you eyes open!

Remains of the Day is a well thought out book that provides insight into the early 20th century and being in service in England. It is also an exploration of one man's life and whether the way he chose to live his life was worthwhile. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and it is a great way for people to explore themselves and question the choices they have made in their lives.

Release planned for Tuesday, July 08, 2003 at The Grad Club on Queen's Campus (Barrie and Union) in Kingston, Ontario Canada.
I'm taking this one to the book crossing meetup at the Grad Club. I will either give it to another book crosser or leave it at the grad club for someone else to find.

Got this book at our Kingston meet-up. It was originally registered by (sniff!) symphonicca, who is now (sniff!) living far away in Nova Scotia. Outta sight but not outta mind!
