Books...are like lobster shells. We surround ourselves with 'em, then we grow out of 'em and leave 'em behind, as evidence of our earlier stages of development.
Dorothy Sayers
This is a nice little anthology on the subject of reading that's good for releasing in the wild. It seems like just the book to be bookcrossed.

This an informal little anthology with some good thoughts. Browsing through it again, I really liked what Shelby Foote had to say about DAVID COPPERFIELD on page 23. St. Thomas Aquinas' admonition, "Beware of the Man of one book, " (page 3) also rang particularly true today. Dover books, because they are not expensive, are always easy to wild release. So I"m sending this to Agrace for fun. I promised her a book, then did something else with it for awhile. This is the consolation prize.
Thanks so much, Cordelia-anne! I was surprised to find this and another book in my mail box today. It's fine that you started the ring for A Decent Cup of Tea with someone else, these were not necessary, but I will enjoy them. Praying for your mother!
