I thought this book was just OK. Was a bit predictable but gives a glance of the inner workings of family and one member of the family's hardship affects them all.

Found in Loveland, the book traveled to Phoenix AZ with my mother for the winter and then came back to Colorado in March. Interesting characters, liked reading it, but heartbreaking.
