"Paul Trilby isn't just having a bad day, or a bad week; he's having a bad life. Left by his wife, fired from his former teaching post at a prestigious university, Trilby now temps at the General Services Department of the Texas Department of General Services. But only when Trilby begins to notice strange men wearing thick glasses and pocket protectors does he realize how frightening TxDoGS really is. With Kings of Infinite Space, James Haynes firmly solidifies his reputation as one of today's leading satirists."

This was a great book. In a weird way though, it seems like it was more of a movie than a book. It was very creepy, definately surreal, and completely engaging!

Arg! I had no idea that I had hoarded this book for so long!!! I tried reading it over and over but I couldn't resolve my traumas about the cat (oh, the cat! how evil!). The "will type and file for food" and the explanation of the "truckoisie" made me feel that had I been able to get by my stumbling block, I would've loved this novel and the satire in general.

Anyway, my apologies again for holding on too long. I'll get it moving again as soon as I get an address!

Well I saw that this was supposed to be a bookray so I pm'd the people to see if they were interested. They are either inactive with bookcrossing, already have the book or don't respond to pms. So, I will keep it on mt.tbr.
