Again, another lovely pressie from HeyDollface!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!An excellent read. Was a bit worried at first, as it seemd too hackneyed (I could almost see the Hassassin twirling those moustaches and giving a maniacal laugh as he wrapped his cloke round him and disappeared into the mist!) I got more worried near the end, as we got close to the climax, guessing who would be elected Pope, but just loved the twist!

I really got into this one. Should be made into a film - along the lines of Indiana Jones. Loved the pace of it and the twist (I was expecting something, but not that) and the evocation of semi-familiar places in Rome (everyone can see the outside of the passato to Castel Sant Angelo, but has no idea where it starts in the Vatican!). Excellent! I have plans for this book - it will be released next month.
