The 4th in the Vata's war series (Moon's best so far). Kylara must take command and build an interstellar fleet to fight off the pirates. Good development. What do you do when you have been a voice in the wilderness for a few years, and then people say 'you were right, take charge.' Basically, take a large gulp and see if you can make it work. Excellent book.
