Probably the #1 suspense novel of the summer of 2003, I knew I wanted to read this. Happily, a bibliophile friend (alas not a bookcrosser - YET) had a spare copy looking for a new home. Rather than have it sit in my TBR pile until sometime around Easter, I will be offering this up as my second contribution to phillycarol's second book ring. Looking forward to reading it when it returns home next spring. :) Over the course of the next several months it will visit:

Rendiru
brideofmessiah
Ardy
phillycarol
Lizanne
jennyscott
debrayn
AmberLee17
JDT
and home to me.

Well I didn't get a chance to read this -- I'll be passing it on to Rendiru this weekend as my second contribution in PhillyCarol's bookring. But John read it -- and literally couldn't put it down -- he stayed up 'til 3AM on Thursday just to finish it. And we played with the encryption puzzles on Dan Brown's website -- I can see myself really getting addicted; it was a lot of fun!

This book arrived in today's mail. It (and the two it arrived with) go straight to the top of Mt. TBR. :-)

This was a fun book to read. I enjoyed the snippets of information on art history. My only complaint is that the ending seemed too drawn out. I kept wanting to yell at Langdon to tell him what the clues meant at the end of the book. Maybe the author made the last two major clues easy for the reader so we wouldn't feel as bad about not being able to crack the earlier ones. (Or maybe it's just me catching on late.) :-)

I'll get this in the mail next week.

Hmmm...Rendiru's comments sure have my curiosity peaked! :) I can't wait to start in on this! Must finish Kingsolver's Poisonwood Bible first. About 1/4 of the way through with it. Will post more thoughts after reading!

Wow! Stayed up late last night to finish this. Definitely a page-turner, and an enjoyable read. Not sure what to make of the Grail theories...but very fun mystery indeed.

This one is heading Ardy's direction next.

This was great fun. Mystery and suspense like no other. Great for an information junkie like myself.

A quick and enjoyable read.

Making plans to pass it along!

DaVinci has come home and is now visiting a friend. Hopefully a soon-to-be-bookcrossing friend.
