This was such a gripping novel that for the moment I do not want to let it go. Very fast moving and a fantastic debut novel from this new swedish author. He really keeps the tension running throughout the whole of the book. At the moment I seem to be fixated on books about people who are kidnapped and held against their will. On this occasion a woman is kidnapped on her way home from work and held for sex in the basement of a house opposite to where she lives with her husband and young daughter!!! The sick bastard sets up a CCTV monitor in the basement for her and then rigs up a camera facing her house so she can see events unfold.

Book passed on to a non-bookcrosser. You never know, one day it may be journaled again
