1 journaler for this copy...
1990 Bantam paperback of the 1989 NYT #1 Bestseller. I bought this copy way back when.
I can let this go after I read:
1971 The Day of the Jackal [read 2012]
1972 The Odessa File [read 2007]
1973 No Comebacks (short story) [read 2013]
1974 The Dogs of War [read 2020]
1979 Used in Evidence (short story) [read 2021]
1979 The Devil's Alternative [read 2021]
1982 No Comebacks (story collection) [read 2021]
1982 There Are No Snakes in Ireland (short story) [read 2021]
Edit January 29, 2022: This was okay, but I just skimmed to end for time on this re-read. I don't remember this one being on the same high level of his earlier books. I currently have this ranked at #4506 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
