As always Maeve Binchy is a wonderful storyteller. I enjoyed the novel.

Highly sentimental & romantic - everyone gets paired up in the end - but I expected that & enjoyed the story. I think I would have had Moira up on harassment charges - I'm sure the Department would have been quick to jump on her had they known what she was up to.
I have read a couple of Binchy's later books recently & I think she's become a little too saccharine. I don't think her earlier books were quite so predictable, were they? Never mind, as long as you know what to expect.
