strange, intricate and constricting stories about detectives, colors, and the disappearance from the present, kind of an unsettling meta-mistery.
I've read them some years ago ... and have anyway too many books. Hence Paul will go to somebody else (and I know already where :)

goes to franaloe, happy reading :)
Thank you so much! It was nice meeting you all yesterday. I am looking forward to reading this book.
Soo....it has been a long time since I last read a BC book, but now the moment was there. I brought this book on a fieldwork trip to India, and read it during the long (nightly) hours while filtering endless amounts of river water.
The story seemed vaguely familiar to me, and I assume that I have read this book before. Still, I enjoyed it a lot, and looked forward how the last part of the trilogy was going to link the first two. Since I was in a non-English (only Telugu) speaking place, I brought the book back to the Netherlands, where I will find a nice new destination/reader for it.
