2008 Riverhead trade paperback of the 2007 second book by the author. A Kirkus Review Best Books of 2007 selection. This copy has the front cover torn off. I found it today in the free books pile on the porch of Dimond Library.
Edit July 16, 2023: This was good, but I just skimmed to end for time. I currently have this ranked at #2122 on my ranked list of best-read books lately. I would have purged this, but it is in rather good condition aside from the missing cover. So I will pass it on.
