Edible Estates is an essay book on Fritz Haeg's art project to transform monoculture, grass covered front lawns into bio-diverse, food producing, lovely gardens. Not a how-to book, but rather a project overview and commentary on several installations, the book is an inspiration for those wanting more from their property than a barrier from the public.
