since stevenson never tells of the type of sinful and evil pleasures hyde would indulge in, in my opinion with this novella he brilliantly captures and exposes the double nature of the english: jekyll-like, monday to friday from 9 to 5, and after a good number of pints of beer, hyde-like from 5pm onwards any weekdays and weekends.
