I've never read any of the Sherlock Holmes adventures.
I read Julian Barnes' Arthur & George recently, the story of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle helping George Edalji proving his innocence. So I got interested in Conan Doyle's SH works and now that I came across this, I will put it on Mt tbr.

It was far better than I had anticipated. Actually, I didn't expect much. I always assumed that it was a mediocre written book with short stories about Sherlock Holmes' adventures.
I was positively surprised, therefore, when I started reading the book and the stories kept being interesting.

Fortunately I have another book with SH's adventures to look forward to. ;-)

Heute bin ich mit meinem Hund gassi gegangen und bin an einem Baum vorbei gelaufen. Ich hatte schon die letzten Tage gesehen, dass
dort etwas hing. Ich habe immer gedacht das wäre irgendein Müll aber heute habe ich dann mal nachgesehen. So habe ich das Buch entdeckt. Es ist auf Englisch. Ich werde es versuchen zu lesen und dann an eine Freundin weitergeben die mir schon viel von bookcrossers erzählt hat.
Ich finde diese Idee echt super!
