It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.

A pleasant, friendly detective who gives us a chance to learn about far-off Botswana while we follow the clues.

I'm sending this off to bunzrun, who by total coincidence used to live a few blocks from where I live now. I found out that she wanted the book by searching on http://cliff1976.com/bc/BCWish.asp -- I recommend it highly.

Enjoy!

What a surprise to get that e-mail and then find out where clb lives! (Is there still an apartment building on the corner---with the entrance on 20th?) I truely do hope you are enjoying that area as well as I did.

My MIL spent some time in the African Congo and I am so looking forward to looking at another section of Africa through different eyes. I will let you know later.

Thank you so much for this special surprise gift!

This was a pleasant book to read. A good look into a culture than runs more smoothly and slowly that the one in which I live. It was refreshing to read the slow moving, as well as innovative, solutions to a few mysteries rather than only one shocking murder. Also helps me realize how far women's rights have come and some of the distance there still is yet to travel.

This is on its way to Texas with one of my BIL's. Their Mother served as a missionary in the Congo so the book is making its way around to the 3 of them.

Received as a trade with another Book crosser. This book was this month's assignment for my book club. This is the story of a woman in Botswana who uses the proceeds from her inheritance following her father's death to begin her own detective agency in the country. The book follows her career solving mysteries and her life in general.
